In addition, you must submit an electronic version of your paper inclusion into the ACM Digital Library. Electronic submissions should be in PostScript and should be emailed to email@example.com. Please be sure that you can ghostview the paper.
There is a 10 page maximum on your paper. However, you can buy up to two additional pages at $100 per page for a maximum of 12 pages. Checks must be made out to ACM/ASPLOS VIII and sent along with the paper.
It is of particular importance that you leave sufficient space (about 1.5 inches) in the lower left corner of the first column on the first page for ACM to fill in the copyright information. Please do not put page numbers on your paper.
The ACM copyright form must be signed and returned with your paper. I caution you that ACM will not publish any paper that is not accompanied by a signed copyright form. In those cases where there is more than one author per paper, the first-named author only must sign. The full ACM Copyright policy, revised as of November 15, 1995, is available via website.
Please federal express or mail your paper and signed copyright form so that it is received by me by July 18, 1998. This is a hard deadline. Please do not request extensions.
The paper and signed copyright form should be sent to:
